Shipping Policy

  • Items ship within the specified shipping timeframe after payment is received. Items will not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Orders are processed Monday thru Friday by 2:00pm (PST - Pacific Standard Time) except on major holidays.

  • All items are packaged and shipped in a professional manner. Shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be sent to you via your contact email once the item is shipped.

  • Domestic: Flat rate fees are for Continental U.S. shipping ONLY. Alaska, Hawaii and ALL other NON Contiguous Territories cost extra.

  • International: Import duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs or other charges that are not included in the item price or shipping quote, are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected before delivery. These fees do not form a part of sale and shipping cost that you will pay to seller. If a buyer fails to assist customs and delivery agents to clear and pay any import duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs or other charges, no refund will be accepted by seller. If the item is shipped to a U.S. exporter, once it is received by the exporter we are no longer responsible for the item.
